Heavybeard repairs high-level armour and weapons. You must pay a fee for him to attempt to repair a damaged/used item. If he fails to repair the item, you will lose both the item and the fee. You must bring the damaged item to him, and it can't be equipped when you ask him to repair it. If Heavybeard can't repair an item, Tankel might be able to repair it.
